Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant cleaned, cut pockets and plenty of salt. To leave, went to the bitterness.

Slice the tomatoes + 1 Cup water + vegetable oil + eggplant. I added one small chili pepper. Put on fire and cook until tender.

RUB on a small grater, garlic + vinegar.

Add 1 teaspoon into each pocket and remove from heat.
