Samosas from Filo pastry with feta and crab
Well, here are and weekend. Why not offer the beloved husband a glass of fresh beer with salty samosa?

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    8 piece

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Crab meat

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

Cooking

Feta mash with a fork.

Add crab meat and stir.

Add eggs, stir. Add the greens and pepper and stir again.

A sheet of phyllo dough (I have a round piece 34 cm in diameter, with 8 sheets of phyllo dough) is cut into two parts and grease it with olive oil.

Fold the semicircle in half to make a strip.

Put 1 tsp of the stuffing and

Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the resulting triangles. Grease them with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 20 minutes. Samosas should be Golden brown. Consumed warm.
