Soup
Fragrant rice soup with mint and yogurt, which gives acidity.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    60 g

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mint

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Broth bring to a boil, add rice and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

In the yogurt add the flour, egg yolk and lemon juice. Mix well.

Dilute the mixture with broth and whisk until smooth. While stirring, pour the sauce into the boiling soup, add salt to taste, again bring to a boil and remove from heat.

In skillet, heat butter, add mint, warm up for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Butter mint pour into soup, mix well. You can first pour into bowls of soup, and then add the oil with mint.
