Cooking
The dough may be any yeast - your favorite thing - decoration. I'll give you the recipe. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Then I prepared the dough in the bread maker. Stir the milk-yeast mixture with egg, added vanilla, and pour the flour.
Put the pieces of softened butter. If you do manually, then the pieces of margarine rubbed into the flour and then add the liquid mix of the yeast with the milk and egg with sugar.
Knead a soft dough. Leave to rise in a warm place. I made the bread.
Coming up the dough divided into 15 pieces.
Each piece stretched into a round cake, put a serving of chopped dried fruit.
Turned in sformula rolls and round rolls.
I also made buns with poppy seeds. And so, again, the filling can be any.
The pan dimmed parchment. Put the rolls on parchment, with the blunt side of a knife made on the surface of the incision in the form of a cross. Let the rolls fit.
In the meantime, make a white dough. Mix the flour with 6 tablespoons water until smooth.
Put the dough in a pastry bag and draw in the grooves of the rolls crosses. If you don't bake for Easter, then this test you can draw anything on the bread rolls: funny faces, lettering, flowers.
Bake the buns at 180° until tender. You can, when cooled, brush the milk syrup: boil milk (4 tablespoons) sugar (2 tbsp.) and boil for 1 min.
