Diet summer soup with tops
Finally it's time for these vegetables and herbs. I already prepare such a soup. It contains many vitamins, perfectly nourishes and at the same time - a minimum of calories. What else do you need in the summer? Caution is recommended for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and kidneys. So, my first recipe.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Bay leaf
