All ingenious is simple! But she somehow did not think to do so. Yesterday I was visiting my son and his wife gave us these stuffed pancakes. She metiska-Korean with German roots, so the kitchen is very peculiar, and I have much to learn.

Ingredients

Let's start with the dough for pancakes. Milk is heated to 35 degrees, put the sugar and yeast. I prefer the "SAF-moment". Stir and remove for 10 minutes in a warm place to activate the yeast.

Add salt, vegetable oil and egg, stir.

Put the flour and mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps.

Cover the dough with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 1 hour.

While the dough rises, let's prepare the filling. Onion peel and cut into small cubes. On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the onion 2 minutes until translucent.

Add the minced meat, stir. Fry until cooked. It tastes better if the stuffing is fried.

Put the salt. Stir. Remove to cool.

For the filling you will need carrots in Korean. Can of course buy ready-made, but it is better to make your own. The website contains a lot of variety of recipes of its cooking.
