Cooking
Boil the gizzards in the boiling brine for 2 hours (2 liters of water + 2 tablespoons salt+carrot+onion+per pepper+Bay leaf).
To cool the stomach, without removing it from the liquid.

- stomachs cut into strips (I cut with scissors)
- grate the cheese on a coarse grater
eggs grate on a coarse grater, tamping spoon
- cucumbers (200 g) RUB on a coarse grater
- let stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours to cool (in refrigerator) for 2-3 hours. Ideally, leave in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
