Salad with chicken gizzards
The main ingredient of the salad are chicken gizzards. Salad in taste stomachs very close to the taste of the tongue (pork or beef).

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    300 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

Boil the gizzards in the boiling brine for 2 hours (2 liters of water + 2 tablespoons salt+carrot+onion+per pepper+Bay leaf).
