Cooking
For preparation you can take any part of the chicken according to the wishes and possibilities. I took the Shin. Marinade for the chicken in sweet soy sauce Kikkoman (2 tbsp).
While marinated drumsticks, wash, peel and cut all the vegetables: carrots, pepper and potatoes into strips, onions feathers, mushrooms and garlic slices.
Take a wok, if not, then a pan with high sides. Pour vegetable oil heat, put the chopped chili and fry until color changes. Remove the pepper (throw).
Put in pepper oil marinated drumsticks, fry over high heat evenly on all sides (about 10 minutes).
Put in the fried drumsticks from all the vegetables and mushrooms, sauté, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Add sesame oil, honey, oyster sauce (you can not put if absent). Pour the remaining (2 tablespoons) sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman, mix everything.
Pour all the boiling water, sprinkle with mixture of peppers, salt, bring to a boil.
Put funchoza, "toplam" it in liquid, bring to a boil, close the lid and leave to infuse, to steep for 5 minutes.
Mix the chicken with the vegetables and funchoza.
The dish is served hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onion. Bon appetit!
