Chicken omelette
Don't even know how to describe this dish... Well, that chicken is so tasty, they know everything. And here she is also in the scrambled eggs... Surprised? Intrigued? Welcome aboard!

The process of making this snack not time consuming, but it takes time. But when snack is ready, You will understand that time well spent!!! Very flavorful and tasty!!! So, let's start. I had a half chicken breast and back. To scrape meat from bones. From the bones to cook the broth. Add salt, pepper and Your favorite spices (I won't give my long list). Bones can give the dog (if applicable), and the broth is still useful to us.

The meat is finely chopped and marinated.

Again,marinate in the spices that You like. But definitely need to add Bay leaf and garlic,cut into slices (we then come in handy). Leave the meat in the marinade for 5-6 hours (preferably overnight). I stood for almost 5 hours,but I believe that chicken is enough.

Beat eggs with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Vegetable oil to fry pancakes-omelettes (I got 5 pieces)

Ready pancakes to put a lap in length.

Spread on pancakes, meat,simultaneously take out the garlic and Bay leaf and throw in the broth.
