Turkey with vegetables in Chinese
Quick, easy and delicious Chinese food! You can eat as a salad or hot appetizer, and pita, as the "alternative sandwich". Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Leeks

    0.333 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy

    100 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Dry white wine

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Pita

    4 piece

Turkey fillet cut into strips and marinate in soy sauce with addition of 1 tsp rice wine ( or lemon juice); mushrooms soaked in water.

Chop the vegetables: carrots - large strips;

Leeks - cut in half, then lengthwise into 4 pieces and let us examine on the leaves; pepper - along large strips; hot pepper and garlic finely.

In a well heated pan in vegetable oil quickly fry the Turkey breast (not peregorela), set aside; reduce heat.

In a pan put the carrots and garlic and simmer about 10 min.

Add lettuce and hot peppers, leeks, soy sprouts, soaked mushrooms, rice wine and soy sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, add 1 tsp of rice vinegar (or lemon juice),

Mix with Turkey fillet,

Sprinkle with sesame oil,

And served in a small lawasia bent in half.
