Meatloaf
The idea of roll cannelloni I picked up from Natali2607, and put on Your court because I changed a lot, and it happened just a slightly different recipe. My guests really appreciated its taste, now I'll wait for Your assessment!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cannelloni

    3 piece

  • Meat

    700 g

  • Bread

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

Cooking

Boil until soft cannelloni.

Finely chop the onion and

mushrooms.

Fry ,add salt,pepper and cream.A little saute mushrooms in cream,and before the end add the cheese slices,stir and let it melt.

This delicious cannelloni stuffed with ground.

Now prepare the stuffing.For this to finished forcemeat add the grated potatoes,a muffin(pre-soaked in water or milk),onion,garlic,pepper,salt and knead well.Now add the egg and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
