The proportions arbitrary, so the number of ingredients is not indicated. Cucumber cut into strips (not too thin).

Grapefruit cut into circles and lay on a dish.

Wrap the cucumber slices salmon. Ideally, the slices should be fairly wide, I was a bit tight. Lay them nicely on top of the grapefruit.

Mix the horseradish and mayonnaise in arbitrary proportions (I like it hot) and the sauce in the middle. Decorate the top with slices of grapefruit. This appetizer is both delicious and looks very festive on the table. Bon appetit!
