Cooking
Mushrooms pre-soaked for a few hours in the water. Then rinse well, cover with cold water and cook until tender.
The mushrooms are ready remove from broth, finely chop and fry in butter.
Vegetables clean. Carrots and celery cut into strips. Onion as you like, cubes or polyolefine.
