Soup with coconut milk and shiitake mushrooms
In explanation of Thai cuisine, to the middle of the post is still wanted milk. At least the coconut! Taste the magic, it's just indescribable!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    2 handful

  • Coconut milk

    1 l

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cabbage Chinese

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Basil

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

Cooking

First you need 5 hours to be soaked in water and dried shiitake mushrooms. I soaked overnight.

The products that we need.

Cut into rings leeks and chilli. Half a bell pepper cut into half rings. Cherry tomatoes cut into two halves.

The frying pan with a small amount of water. If you do not fast, you can use olive oil.

Add spices.

Simmer for 3 minutes.

In a saucepan pour the coconut milk and add the mushrooms.

Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.

2 leaves Chinese cabbage to pick medium pieces.

Add to the soup steamed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the cabbage and cook for a further minute.

Turn off the heat cover with a lid and let stand 5-7 minutes.

Pour into bowls and decorate with a sprig of Basil. Bon appétit!
