Description

Sweet and sour soup with shiitake mushrooms and fish
Easy, but very tasty soup with Chinese motifs. I understand that not everyone has access to the ingredients, but I hope someone recipe will come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Wine rice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Tilapia

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sesame oil

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Soak shiitake in hot water for 15 minutes, caps cut into strips, legs to throw (or save for the mushroom broth). Broccoli grind, fish, cut into pieces.

In the boiling broth add the mushrooms, simmer for 3 minutes. Add vegetables and fish and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Rice wine, black rice vinegar, soy sauce, combine with sugar and starch and, stirring, introduce into the boiling soup.

The soup again to a boil, add the pepper (see photo paste made of hot peppers) and a few drops of sesame oil. Remove from the heat.
