For the test.Heat a med saucepan, stirring constantly.The honey will begin to foam.Do not stop ,stir,until the honey does not acquire a beautiful ,rich brown color.
Remove from heat,add sugar and add the butter.
Let cool slightly..Drive the eggs, Add hydrated soda.Mix well.
Toss in the flour.Knead the dough.The finished dough will take 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out.With the help of a glass cut out circles.
Half of the slices lay out on a baking sheet .In half cut a hole(using molds or glasses smaller shape).
The blend is cut in a circle at first ..BUT first with a brush or a cotton swab lubricate the base with water.So do the rest.
