Cake
The recipe I found in the Internet. Decided to cook my husband's birthday. I hope someone will be useful and interesting to my research. It was very tasty! Even after 3 days, the roses and the coating will not melt (due to starch)! Do not judge strictly. This is my first attempt working with fondant.

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows

    250 g

  • Water

  • Starch

  • Powdered sugar

  • The food dye

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    300 g

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Cocoa powder

  • Cognac

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    2 tsp

[b]Prepare the mastic.[/b] Take marshmallows.

You get this lump of "dough". Tightly wrap it in plastic. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Tear off a piece, put it on a dusted with starch table or a plank. Roll out to a thickness of 2 mm., the rest of the piece of mastic to hide in a plastic bag, so it does not dry (if it still happened, then heat it for 5-10 seconds in the micro and mastic is ready again!).
