Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl. In the flour to drive 2 eggs. All mix well.
Add vegetable oil (preferably olive), vanilla, and squeeze in the dough, the juice of half a lemon.
Enter the 3 tablespoons of white wine. Long stir, until a fairly thick dough without lumps.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave the dough for 2 hours at room temperature.
At this time, peel the oranges carefully and separate them into segments.
Put on fire a pan with plenty of oil. Carefully warm it up over low heat. Dip orange slices into the batter and immerse in boiling oil.
Brown oranges on all sides and remove them with a slotted spoon on paper towels. Liberally sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
When all slices are ready, place them on a serving dish and sprinkle again with icing sugar.
And don't forget about the younger generation - they are also not willing to taste juicy and tasty oranges ;)
