Cooking
First grind the walnuts
Beat with a mixer the sugar and eggs until mixture becomes creamy color and a decent increase in volume.
Add to egg-sugar mixture the flour and 3 tablespoons of ground walnuts, quickly stir on low speed until a homogeneous mass.
Pour the mixture into the oiled dish (or into a cast iron skillet), put in preheated oven, bake 30 minutes – 40. Ejected, cooled, cut into 2 Korzh
Prepare the cream. Grind cheese in a food processor (instead of cheese to take just a sweet cottage cheese mass with approximately 23% fat), add sour cream to make a cream. Sour cream may need more or less, the amount I indicated is approximate, it is clear that it depends on the consistency of the cheese product and sour cream.
Cakes impregnated with syrup from the peaches better on both sides. Spread the first cake with the cream, pour the remainder of the chopped nuts.
Cover with a second Korzh coat with the remains of the cream (and sides too)
Now decorate at will. I have the edges lined with peaches, topped with ground chocolate
well, in the middle, the shape is made from paper stencil written the figure "2" and, as the title.
It is clear that former straight-a students or just optimists can draw five or even anything!
