Radish salad with brown bread
Juicy and hearty salad. Simple, conventional products, but not boring. Toasted butter bread with the taste of this salad.

Ingredients

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

Cooking

Vegetables wash, peel and chop fine julienne manually.

Stale brown bread, also cut into strips.

Fry the bread with the onions on the oil "Oleyna" to gold. Cool.

Chopped vegetables, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and salt. Stir, stretching a little vegetables.

Add the onion with the bread, sprinkle black pepper and crushed coriander seeds.

Mix well, sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately on the table.
