Buns with honey glaze
This option rolls will please many. Done quickly, the dough does not require proofing, and the buns are incredibly fluffy and soft and very tasty. Yeast buns with cinnamon, raisins and lemon flavor, covered with a lemon-honey glaze with nuts. Cooking

raisins pour warm water for 7-10 minutes, drain the water, raisins dry. The oil should be the consistency of sour cream, but not melted.

In 50 ml of warm milk dissolve 1 tsp sugar and yeast.

Leave the mixture for 7-10 minutes, until the caps.

In a bowl sift 2.5 cups of flour, add 4 tbsp of sugar, spices, lemon zest, mix well.

In flour add egg, rest of warm milk, warm water, butter and yeast mixture. Mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Then add 2 more cups flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough on the table, if necessary, add flour until the dough becomes smooth and soft. Knead for about 10-13 minutes.

Hands grease with vegetable oil to make shaping the rolls, they were lubricated with oil from the hands. Pinch off from the dough small pieces of dough, form a ball and put into a form or pan, greased, at a distance of about 7-10 mm from each other.

Cover rolls and let stand in a warm place for 30-35 minutes. They should come up and be increased two times. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.

50 g butter, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp of honey and mix on low heat to melt until smooth.

After 15-20 minutes take out the muffins, pour the honey-glazed, sprinkle with nuts and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

The finished rolls let stand in the form of 10-15 minutes, then you can get to eat.
