Festive German bread
I met this recipe on LiveJournal the Yulia Kazakova. Well, I could not pass by such beauty and vkusnoty. I suggest to You to make this delicious bread.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    1 tsp

  • Mac

  • Sesame

Cooking

In 50 ml of warm milk dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar, add the yeast and leave to foam appearance caps.

In the rest of the warm milk to dissolve the rest of the sugar, the butter, mix well. Add eggs, yeast mixture and again mix well.

Add salt and flour, knead the dough. We pour the flour carefully, because you may need less. It took me a little less than 550 g. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

The dough will be smooth and very plastic. Put in oiled bowl, wrap and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. So now that it's cold, I put in the oven under the light.

Approaching divide the dough into 18 pieces. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and leave for proofing for 1 hour. 15-20 minutes before baking preheat the oven to 200*C.

Rastavica bread grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Bake until tender 30-40 minutes, the first 10 minutes with steam. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
