Useful soup and a great alternative to pea soup! Honestly, I started to prepare this soup with some skepticism due to the fact that the pumpkin where it was necessary to attach. And turned out excellent new soup. Goes wonderfully with smoked meats. Will do!

Cooking
Pour lentils into boiling water and boil for 20 minutes on low heat. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté 4 minutes. Cut the pumpkin into strips, add to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Add thyme, stir and remove from heat.
Shift the vegetables to the pan with the lentils, mix well. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
