Very quick soup
Vegetable, easy, very fast soup-puree with green peas and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Cauliflower in boiling water. In order to speed up the process, I boil water in the kettle (electric) and boiling water cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes.

Prepare the remaining vegetables.

Chop and add to the pan with the cabbage.

Cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper - to taste. Then blend it in a blender. I do it without removing the pan from the heat.

Add to the finished soup green beans (I had canned, so I add it at the end).

When serving, add to the plate cut into strips (I like chopped because it does not end up "at odds" in the soup) cheese. Any I just had a marble, it looks wonderful. Decorate as desired. I used the parsley leaves and paprika. Bon appetit!!!
