Cooking
Oranges and lemons cut each fruit into 4 pieces. Then each quarter into thin slices. All the bones to remove. Peel is not necessary!
It all came together in a deep saucepan, pour 5 cups of water, cover, and leave for a day.
Through the day put the pot on the stove (do not pour water) and bring to a boil, add the vanilla, stir. Simmer for 1 hour, and periodically stir the jam. Then stir in the sugar and pumpkin seeds, stir and cook for another 1 hour on low heat.
Hot jam lay on the banks and close the plastic covers. Leave the banks until then, until cool. Then put in the refrigerator or in a cool dark place.
