Potato roses
Today I offer you a recipe potato roses. Easy to cook and simple, accessible ingredients, beautiful presentation. On the website there are options of potato roses, but this recipe has differences in the ingredients, and ease of forming (without toothpicks).

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Crackers

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices (using a mandolin).

On a strip of bacon to lay out the potato slices overlapping.

Twist potato with bacon (as pictured), put into molds for muffins.

Mix ground biscuits with grated cheese, sprinkle with our roses, trying to get between the "petals". Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated 180' C oven for about 40 minutes (until cooked potatoes and Golden crust).
