Rice cutlets with cheese and herbs
I suggest you to cook healthy and tasty burgers from rice.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Figure pre-boil, cool. Grate cheese on a medium grater. Greens grind. To combine rice, cheese, herbs, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add yolk, mix well.

Protein vzbit in foam and add to the rice, mix well. Cover with cling film and leave for an hour in the fridge.

In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. From the rice to form small patties, roll in breadcrumbs (or flour) and fry until Golden brown on both sides.
