Like anything special in this dish there. But it turns out very tasty and elegant. You can cook on the holiday table and for everyday. Pork soaked in cream, and the meat just "melts in your mouth". And the marinade on the basis of lime and soy sauce gives it a special piquancy and poignancy. Served with a delicious sauce.

Cooking
Wash the meat and cut into narrow strips along.
Mix 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice
And soy sauce. I took soy sauce "Kikkoman"
Add the sunflower oil, 125 ml heavy cream 1/4 tsp sugar.
In the marinade remove the meat, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Skewers soak in salt water for at least 2 hours.
The meat is dry, string the "accordion" on the skewers.
Skewers to grill for 10-12 minutes on each side, periodically lubricating the marinade.
To make the sauce. Onion and garlic finely chop.
And sauté in the remaining chili sauce.
Add remaining soy sauce, lime juice, cream, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, bring to boil and remove from heat.
Skewers and serve with the prepared sauce.
