Matelote
"Matelote&a mp;quot; - French stew made with chunks of white fish, potatoes and tomatoes stewed with white wine.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    50 g

Cooking

Potatoes peel and boil whole in salted water until tender. To cut large circles.

Chop the onion cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. In the end, add finely chopped garlic.

Pour in the white wine and saute until the liquid evaporates.

White fish fillet cut into pieces.

Cut tomatoes into slices.

Add the fish pieces and tomatoes to the onions, add a few peas black pepper. Saute until the fish is cooked.

Then add potatoes, olives, chopped into slices, and chopped parsley. Stir the dish and stew for 1-2 minutes so that all flavors of products merged into a single unit. Season with salt to taste.
