My favorite kurnicki
I haven't met anyone who would not like my kornicki))) the Stuffing is simple, but, in my opinion, the most delicious that I ever tasted.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

Butter to RUB on a grater and combine with the flour. Add a pinch of salt.

Mix. You can further chop the butter knife.

Mix egg with sour cream.

Add the mixture to the butter and the flour and knead the dough. Long knead not necessary.

Divide the dough into 16 parts (first 2 parts, then 4, 8 and eventually 16 - so the part about the same). Put the dough in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, you can do filling.

Onions and potatoes cut into cubes. The meat is also cut with a knife into small pieces (in my opinion leaves tastes better if you use minced meat, namely, sliced meat!)

Roll our balls, put the stuffing and form patties

My oven bakes kurnik around 35-40 min at a temperature of 180 degrees, while at home posted an incredibly delicious flavor!)
