A very hearty salad of boiled fish. I never would have thought that the combination of boiled fish and rice create a delicious salad.

Cooking
Fish should be boiled in salted water with a Bay leaf. Cool and cut into pieces by bone. Then to the fish, add chopped garlic, to taste add pepper and salt.
If you do not have a special form for serving salad, then it's not so bad. I used the regular plastic bottle. Cut two sides flat part of the bottle and it is ready. Cooked carrots should be grated on a coarse grater. Spread a layer of carrots in the form. Mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of fish and coat with mayonnaise.
Spread a layer of rice. Mayonnaise.
Pickled cucumber cut into cubes. Spread a layer of cucumber. On top lay a layer of boiled fish, mayonnaise sauce, then another layer of rice. Grease the rice with mayonnaise and decorate with carrots and green onions. Gently remove the mold from the salad. Salad put in the refrigerator to soak, and then served to the table.
