Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Beets

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Salt

To prepare barley salad, we need barley pearl barley TM "Mistral". Rinse and soak for 1.5-2 hours, then drain and pour fresh at a ratio of cereals and water 1:1.5 and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium heat.
