Why "Saturday"? Yes, because the cooked on Saturday night. Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

  • Sweet white wine

  • Parsley

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Peel and cut into cubes onions. Heat in a frying pan small amount of oil and fry in it the onion until transparent. Mushrooms, in my case, oyster mushrooms, clean, wash, finely chop and add to the onions. Salt, pepper , add spices and a tablespoon of wine. Fry until evaporate the liquid.
