Easy chicken soup
Offer to cook easy diet soup. First tried it in one of the cafes in Perm, when we went to rest in a sanatorium. This is one of my favorite recipes. Always saved them from the cold, is prepared easily and quickly - in just half an hour and the soup is ready. This time I decided to make small adjustments, adding salt instead of soy sauce TM Kikkoman. The result pleased me. Salty taste of the sauce harmoniously balance the sweetness of the carrots and corn. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    3 piece

  • Corn

    140 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

  • Water

    750 ml

Cooking

Prepare the required products. Pre-cook the broth of chicken thighs. (Hip cover with cold water, bring to the boil and simmer until tender. Remove the meat, free from bones and skin, cut into small pieces). I have the broth ready.

Carrots cut into thin slices. In boiling broth put carrots, corn and beans and cook for 10 minutes, then add the cooked rice and boil for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the sugar, soy sauce (I use Kikkoman soy sauce, which I'm sure), pour the eggs, stirring vigorously. Cook for 2 minutes.

The finished soup spill on plates and garnish with rings of green onions.
