Vegetable soup with chicken fillet
Offer to prepare a light soup with a baked chicken breast. This dish variety to family menu, will appeal to both children and adults.

  • Cauliflower

  • Green beans

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken fillet

To the vegetables add cold water. Vegetables to cook on weak fire to readiness. A few minutes before the end of cooking the vegetables add spicy dried herbs and salt to taste.

Chicken rubbed with a mixture of garlic powder and salt.

Chicken fillet wrapped in a baking paper.

Wrap in additional foil sheet. Place in the oven. Bake until ready.

Blend vegetables in a blender. Add the vegetable broth.
