Fish cakes with mushrooms and rice
I was sitting in the kitchen looking out the window, and there the dawn so red... once Thought that it to frost... Brrr... immediately Wanted something tasty and hot... and I got these delicious burgers with mushrooms and rice, in tomato sauce with a small addition of spirits, so to speak, for warmth. )))

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vodka

    3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mince fish fillet (I used a fish congrio shrimp fish. I recommend!) along with half the onions and soaked in milk bread.

Mushrooms and other half of onion finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.

Mix the minced fish with rice and sauteed mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.

To form cutlets, roll in flour and fry on both sides in hot oil.

In a glass of water to dilute tomato paste, add the vodka and pour the sauce on meatballs. Cover the pan with a lid and on small fire to extinguish minutes 10. Serve with vegetable garnish. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
