Rolls with such a delicate meat stuffing, we haven't eaten. Anyway, to buns was meat, it is something new and interesting for me. Since I love experiments, by this baking I couldn't go. The dough is soft and porous, and the inside juicy and flavorful filling. These rolls are suitable for everything: for Breakfast, instead of bread for a snack the student or student for a summer picnic, etc. Cozy, homemade cakes, excellent flavor, what could be better!

Cooking
The dough can be made by any favorite recipe for muffins. In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast. Add the melted butter, flour and salt. Knead the dough. Flour suggest to add not all at once, to look for consistency. The dough should not be steep. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place.
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion.
Minced meat with onion fry in butter.
Add dry garlic and soy sauce. Fry until cooked.
In the cooled stuffing, add the cheese.
Approaching divide the dough into 8 parts. To rest.
The balls roll out into a pancake, put the stuffing.
Put buns in a greased form. Cover and leave to heat for 20-30 minutes.
Grease the buns with milk. Bake at 180 degrees until Golden color. Serve hot. Bon appetit.
