Tutmanik
I want to offer you another option of delicious cake tutmanik. Plenty of cheese, cheese and onion in the filling makes the pie unique. Gentle, soft and airy dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Suluguni cheese

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

Cooking

In warm milk add salt, sugar, yeast, mix well. Add 1 Cup of flour, mix well. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Add 1 egg and 1 egg white, restofline butter, mix well. Add mayonnaise, mix well.

Add the flour, knead the dough. Pour in vegetable oil and knead some more. Leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. To make the filling: mix cottage cheese, cheese grated on a coarse grater, sharp pepper and onion, chopped finely.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and put the stuffing. Roll it up and slice into serving pieces.

Put the pieces in the form greased with vegetable oil. Beat the remaining yolk and oil products. Send in the oven at 190 grams to Browning.
