Pastries with cheese in Turkish
Airy, flaky, slightly salty pastry with the lemon juice to a morning of strong sweet tea - it's just the ecstasy of taste! A similar pastry found in many Mediterranean countries. This recipe I found on the popular German website, I think it was introduced by the Turks or those who are very in love with this country.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    300 g

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Lemon
