This cake I made for his Birthday (it was 2. 07 ), in my opinion, this is the most delicious cake I baked! I want to dedicate this cake to her friend, now not only virtual... Lena (lenkotova)!!! Cooking
The ingredients that we need!

Carefully remove from the form and let cool slightly.
Then cut the cake into 3 equal pieces.
On a platter put the cake layer and put a circle shape.
Now spread half of the cherries, pour half of the sour cream (if you are going to impregnate the upper crust, then pour a third of the cream, I made butter cream under mastic). Sprinkle with chocolate. Cover with a second cake layer and repeat the same thing... And then cover with third Korzh and send the cake in the fridge.
Then gently remove the circle from the shape. Then I made butter cream in the proportion of 1 pack of butter + 1 can of condensed milk. Cover them a cake.
