Potato tartlets with mushroom filling
Again my old notebook. Tender tartlets salad, the salad did not make, and the mushrooms it came.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins

Peel, mash with a mortar, to put a piece of butter, spices

Put the flour and knead hands dough

Filling: Chop the mushrooms and onions. First fry the onions

Separate the mushrooms (without oil initially put out under the lid), then combine with onions

Shape coat with vegetable oil, from potato dough to form tarts, put in the filling inside

From the second half did julienne, that is roasted flour, put butter, then sour cream. Combined with the onion-mushroom mass.

Bake in the oven at t=180*C for 20-25 min Until tender for 5 minutes to pull out, sprinkle with grated cheese and a food processor tartlets. Delicious in fact, and in another embodiment.
