Fried rice with green peas and egg
I want to offer you.. a simple side dish of rice.. Easy to prepare.. tasty but a Plus for fans of rice is another option of making it.. So I usually make rice to meat cooked in Chinese!))But then of course I do not give advice... what to serve... Just a side dish!!)))

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Green peas

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

In a pan pour the vegetable oil is heated.. the Rice is washed (if necessary... put in oil, stir...

Pour two cups of water... boil... extinguish the fire.. cover and leave to cook...

Prepare the green peas... (no need to Defrost)

Two eggs will razbate with one tablespoon of milk and salt (Milk optional)

10 minutes after the beginning of boiling rice (the Water should go inside for rice.. pour in the rice, peas... close the lid (do NOT DISTURB)

After another couple of minutes, pour the egg, close the lid

When the egg turns white. get ready... turn off heat... but leave the rice for another five minutes to breathe under the cap... now you can stir )))
