5 kg of tomatoes 1 kg sweet peppers 1 kg carrots all these ingredients mince (I combine the whole thing grind) and cook for 2.5 hours
500 g of sunflower oil 500 g vinegar 500 g sugar salt to taste mix everything and cook for 30 min.
300 g of garlic 300 g hot chili pepper grind
Then to combine all of these mix and cook everything together for another 15 min. Put the chutney into sterilized jars, wrap it up. Out 6 l
