SPRING has come, it's time to start a new life... together with "Scarlett March 8". Never thought to put this salad on the competition, especially not decorated, but received an offer...

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    35 g

  • Green olives

    70 g

  • Lemon

    3 share

  • Spices

Very light, low-calorie salad to follow a diet

In olive oil fry shrimp for 3 minutes (I have them already boiled), remove them, pour juice from one wedge of lemon(lime)

Zucchini cut into wide layers (better grated),garlic finely chop

the oil from the shrimp, throw the zucchini, garlic and diced sun-dried tomatoes, fry 5 minutes stirring gently. Then lightly sprinkle with salt (not forgetting that the tomatoes and olives are already salty)and pepper to taste

return to the pan shrimp, add the olives, fry for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Give the salad to stand for 5-10 minutes under the lid. Podast hot or cold, as you like.
