Description
"Toome salat" in Estonian is translated as "dome" salad. This is a wonderful preparation for the winter, a side dish to grilled dishes and not the grill dishes, and great processing overgrown cucumbers. This salad is good because it can be prepared from any kind of cucumbers all year round. Simple and delicious!

Cooking
Here's what we need.
Cut vegetables: cucumbers - circles, semi-Kruglyi or chetvertinkami, depending on the size of the cucumber. The carrot - cubes. Onions-quarters. Dill - just a little. Fill-fill the rest of the ingredients: salt, sugar, oil, vinegar.
All mix thoroughly, cover and leave for a day to marinate.
After one day, the volume fell by a quarter or even a third of the vegetables, let the juice.
Now, bring to a boil, then diminish heat to low and simmer (not boil!)10 minutes. It's all finished. Spread on pre-prepared (sterilized) banks and roll or wait for it to cool and serve. Bon appetit!
