Pancakes with herring and Apple
The crepes are very interesting on the palate with unusual fillings. If you like mincemeat, this is the option you'll like it too. Stuffed you can experiment, for example, add the boiled eggs and pickled cucumber. I liked the idea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Apple

  • Vinegar

  • Mayonnaise

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garnet

  • Basil

Cooking

Flour, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, salt and sugar knead the batter for pancakes. Pour the ladle of dough on a greased lightly with vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Bake pancakes, cool them. Herring cleaned, cut into fillets, cut it into small slices.

Chop the onion half-rings, sprinkle with white balsamic vinegar, leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate. Clean the Apple peel and seeds, cut into small dice.
