The recipe for this soup was copied long ago from some magazine. Slightly modified by me, original - tomatoes in own juice from the jar, and smoked sausages. This soup is very "stuck&a mp;quot; in our family, everyone likes the rich taste and aroma. It is also cooked, I advise you to try it!

Cooking
Here are our ingredients. Instead of canned beans I had pre-boiled, and instead of sausage\sausages I used regular sausages.
Put to boil a liter of water. Onions coarsely chop, grate the carrots and fry a little in a small amount of oil.
Add the vegetables, tomato paste, cumin, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat under cover for about 10 minutes.
While stew the vegetables, grate the tomatoes...
... and fry until lightly brown sausage.
In boiling water put stewed vegetables, tomatoes, sausages, beans and potatoes. Bring to boil, simmer until potatoes are done.
Add dried Basil, parsley, a pinch of cumin. If needed, add more salt. Boil for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, give a little brew.
