Cooking
Turkey, cut into small pieces, approximately as beef Stroganoff.
Carrots and onions cut into small cubes, tomato and pepper slightly larger cubes.
In a frying pan over high heat fry the Turkey with sunflower oil until Golden brown. I got the meat has allocated a lot of moisture, so I evaporated it and gave the meat to brown a little.
Reduce the heat to medium and add all vegetables: carrots-onion-pepper - tomato. Each batch of vegetables to fry with the meat for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with mixture of peppers.
If necessary, add a bit of liquid - could be water, broth or tomato juice, as I did - close the lid and cook on low heat until cooked meat. For the sauce: mix all the ingredients except flour. The amount of sugar you can adjust to your taste. In the original recipe, the author adds instead of tomato juice 1 tbsp vinegar, but I decided to replace the homemade tomato juice without any spices, it is also sour, added about 4 tbsp to mix and little by little add the flour, stirring constantly, until smooth.
At the meat is cooked add sauce, stir and a little pokipyatit without the lid to let it thicken. If necessary, add salt/sugar/pepper.
