Cooking
Half of the loaf is cut into two parts. Cut the "nose" of the loaf, make it sustainable.
Remove the crumb from the middle of each slice, but not completely. Grease the loaf in sour cream.
Prepare the filling. Egg whisk with a fork and mix with melted milk and soy sauce Kikkoman.
Mix fish fillet with boiled rice.
Tomato cut into cubes. Add to the mixture tomatoes and chopped green onions. Stir, add ground black pepper to taste and nutmeg.
Fill the loaf and pour the casting.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese (small grater). Julien put in preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Julien served to the table hot. Bon appetit!
