Cooking
Red onions cut into thin half-rings. Make a marinade of warm boiled water, sugar, salt and vinegar. Pour the onion into marinade, set aside.
Boiled beets and cucumber, chop (or grate) into thin strips.
Salted herring is cleaned, cut into fillets, cut into thin strips, add to the beets and cucumbers.
Pickled onions and gently squeeze. Cheese cut into small cubes, finely chop the parsley. Combine all the ingredients, add svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, mustard and vegetable oil. Mix all salad ingredients.
